About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Part-time Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and related activities, ensuring a positive experience for our Home Owners.

As a trusted and approachable figure on-site, you will provide a first-class service to our residents, managing maintenance, scheduling activities, and ensuring the overall well-being of our community.

About You

We are looking for someone with experience in administration, customer service, and a background in similar sectors such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, and health & social care. You will be an accomplished administrator, computer literate, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications.

You will be a friendly and outgoing person, with excellent communication skills, able to work independently and as part of a team. You will be comfortable working with a range of customers and suppliers, managing contractors, and ensuring the safety and security of the development.
