About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Part-time Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement development, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction for our Home Owners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the development and related activities
  • Managing the maintenance of the property
  • Providing a first-class service to Owners
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers
  • Managing contractors and scheduling maintenance
  • Completing health and safety checks
  • Organising activities and events for Owners

About You

We are looking for someone with a background in administration and customer service, who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and has a love of working with people. You will be an accomplished administrator, computer literate, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
