We are seeking an exceptional Part-time Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement development, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating the development and related activities
  • Managing maintenance of the property and providing a first-class service to residents
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers, managing contractors and scheduling maintenance
  • Completing health and safety checks and organising activities and events for residents
  • Providing administrative support and maintaining accurate records
Requirements
  • Experience in administration, customer service, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Computer literate with experience of using Microsoft Office applications
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service and a love of working with people
