Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leader in the manufacture of professional coffee machines. Due to ongoing expansion and growth plans, they are looking to expand their Field Service Engineering team within and around Northampton.

The Opportunity:

  1. Install, commission, and set up the company's commercial coffee equipment.
  2. Perform pre-planned preventative maintenance services to ensure optimal machine performance.
  3. Attend reactive breakdowns and call-outs to resolve issues efficiently.
  4. Provide operator training on the operation and cleaning of coffee equipment.
  5. Manage spare parts stock holding in the service van to minimize downtime.

Requirements:

  1. Strong electro-mechanical knowledge and skills.
  2. Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company positively.
  3. Relevant industry experience on bean-to-cup coffee equipment is desired but not essential; full training will be provided.
  4. Good organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  5. Initiative, motivation, and focus to drive results.
  6. Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues and customers.
  7. A full UK driving license is required.
