Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the manufacturing team, developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, monitoring production schedules, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the manufacturing team and develop strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
- Manage budgets and monitor production costs
- Monitor and control production schedules to meet customer demands
- Maintain high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 7 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate staff
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
£55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience
