Are you a merchandising and visual display expert looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for creating eye-catching displays and ensuring products are displayed attractively? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team at eXPD8.

This role will involve working in a range of high street retailers on behalf of exciting household name brands, ensuring that fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are well-stocked.

As a Retail Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance with merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures, and health and safety guidance.
  • Arranging and organising products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
  • Setting up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Building and maintaining good working relationships with instore colleagues, particularly department and store managers.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, using their own initiative to find solutions.
  • Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
  • Be comfortable with manual handling and able to move and arrange products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.
