About the Role:

eXPD8 is seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team in the Norwich area. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the visual appeal of our clients' products in-store, working closely with our clients to deliver exceptional in-store experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visual Merchandising: You will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and presentations of our clients' products in-store, ensuring that they are consistently displayed in line with our clients' brand guidelines.
  • Product Placement and Replenishment: You will be responsible for arranging and organizing products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal, ensuring that products are consistently stocked and replenished as needed.
  • Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: You will be responsible for setting up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers, ensuring that our clients' promotions are consistently executed in-store.
  • Strong Communication and Relationship Building: You will be responsible for building and maintaining good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers, to ensure that our clients' needs are consistently met.

Requirements:

  • Experience: You will have experience in a retail or merchandising role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional in-store experiences.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with in-store colleagues and our clients.
  • Initiative and Problem-Solving: You will have the ability to work independently, using your own initiative to find solutions to problems and deliver results.
  • Attention to Detail: You will have a keen eye for detail, with the ability to consistently deliver high-quality work.
