As a Retail Merchandising Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work across various categories, including Toys and Ad-hoc and Tactical. You'll need to be flexible and able to work independently, with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with merchandising standards and guidelines
  • Arranging and organising products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal
  • Setting up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers
  • Building and maintaining good working relationships with instore colleagues
