Job Title: Senior Sales Engineer

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of 4 experienced technical sales professionals in the South East region.
  • Develop and execute a sales growth strategy to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Manage and develop the sales function, including sales planning, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and leadership team to set sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the facilities management sector.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales leadership and management, with a strong track record of driving business growth and improving sales performance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of experienced sales professionals.
  • Strong understanding of the facilities management sector and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and execute a sales growth strategy, including sales planning, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
