About the Role:- Lead a team of 4 experienced technical sales professionals in the South East region.
- Develop and execute a sales growth strategy to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Manage and develop the sales function, including sales planning, forecasting, and performance management.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and leadership team to set sales targets and objectives.
- Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the facilities management sector.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
- Proven experience in sales leadership and management, with a strong track record of driving business growth and improving sales performance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of experienced sales professionals.
- Strong understanding of the facilities management sector and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and execute a sales growth strategy, including sales planning, forecasting, and performance management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
