Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards and report any issues to the relevant authorities.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, local community groups, and other stakeholders to promote a sense of community and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve resident complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
