We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiac Physiologist to join our team at Nuffield Health at St Bartholomew's Hospital in London.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior Cardiac Physiologist to contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality patient care in our state-of-the-art cardiac catheterisation lab.

As a Highly Specialist Cardiac Physiologist, you will be responsible for providing expert-level care to patients undergoing invasive and non-invasive cardiac investigations, including electrophysiology procedures and cardiac device implantation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Cardiac Cath Lab patients across a range of procedures, including diagnostic intervention, coronary angiography, and PCI.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols.
  • Lead and motivate the nursing and multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in on-call rota and work flexibly across a shift pattern of 8-8pm.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience of managing Cardiac Cath Lab patients.
  • Advanced knowledge and skills in electrophysiology procedures, including RF and Cryo procedures.
  • IBHRE/BHRS accreditation for EP and CRM is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
