Senior Fund Oversight Analyst (AVP)

As a key member of the Fund Oversight team in EMEA, this permanent role requires an individual with several years of asset management experience to support the wider business in fund-related initiatives. The role involves working cross-functionally with various stakeholders in Operations, Legal, Compliance, Product Development, Finance, Portfolio Management, and external vendors that provide services to the fund range.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production and delivery of UCITS KIID, PRIIPs KID, and prospectus updates.
  • Control of the share class launch process, liaison with service providers and the fund administrator.
  • Review of fund documentation to ensure operational processes and workflows are detailed and reviewed frequently.
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders in Product, Risk, Legal, and Compliance as appropriate.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet multiple project deadlines.
  • Assistance with BAU and ad hoc projects.
  • Monitoring and analysis of weekly and monthly fund reports.
  • Response to ad-hoc queries raised across the business into the team group mailbox.
  • Management and resolution of day-to-day operational issues with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of industry experience.
  • Knowledge of fund structures, operations, transaction costs, and some regulation.
  • PRIIPs KID and UCITS KID experience.
  • Data analysis, reporting, problem-solving, and quality control skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive attitude, team player, commitment to continuous learning, and willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and communication.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
