About the Role

This Medical Device Strategist position is a unique opportunity to join a leading international player in the field of medical and hygiene products. The core of our portfolio is made up of four individual business divisions: Wound Care; Continence Management; Risk Prevention and Disinfection.

We are looking for an experienced strategist who can drive the development and implementation of our short and long-term business strategy for the Wound Care Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of our Marketing Plan.
  • Prepare for and implement the launch of new products and service solutions to our Wound Care Division.
  • Design, review, and measure targeted marketing campaigns to promote product and service solutions.
  • Engage with customer groups and individual KOLs to ensure customer engagement and input is regularly considered.
  • Lead and motivate cross-departmental teams working on key strategic projects.
  • Support the Wound Care tender process when required.
  • Work closely with Sales and Clinical teams to design and update literature.
  • Support the Digital Content & Channel Manager to ensure our website is regularly updated.
  • Support the Marketing Manager for all customer events related to Wound Care.
  • Responsible for delivering ITC content related to relevant product portfolios.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject.
  • Professional membership of CIM - desirable.
  • Product management and marketing experience preferably within the medical devices / healthcare arena.
  • Demonstrable commercial success.
  • Passion to 'make a difference' to health.
  • Exceptional and consistent customer focus.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • High level of commercial awareness.
  • True team player demonstrating a one-team approach.
  • Ability and desire to coach and develop others.
