Job Overview
North Star is seeking a Data Systems Lead to join our Asset Management team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about managing data systems and driving business growth.

About the Role
The successful candidate will work closely with the Asset Management team to manage systems and collate data that inform our stock investment programme, energy performance, and future investment plans. You will be the key point of contact for the systems and data within the Asset function and work closely with the team to help build our annual, five, and thirty-year planned investment programme, understand the performance of our property assets, and have robust processes in place for understanding our stock condition while keeping us compliant with Decent Home Standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our asset management systems, including PIMMS, DREam, Excel, and other Microsoft packages.
  • Collate and analyse data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Work closely with the Asset Management team to develop and implement robust processes for understanding stock condition and ensuring compliance with Decent Home Standards.
