SEND Teaching Assistant Role:

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to support students with diverse learning needs in our schools across the Barnet area.


• Assist the class teacher with planning and delivery of activities, making a positive impact on the lives of children with diverse learning needs.

• Support the development of children's language and communication skills, encouraging positive behaviour and providing pastoral support when required.

• Provide feedback to parents and carers on children's progress and achievements, working collaboratively as part of a team.

Requirements:


• Minimum Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.

• Previous experience working as an SEND Teaching Assistant, with strong communication skills.
