Clinical Leadership Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Leadership Specialist to join our team at Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise in the field of urgent and emergency care.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient care and outcomes
- Provide expert clinical advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of policy and procedure to ensure safe and effective patient care
- Registered Paramedic or Nurse with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in urgent and emergency care
- Masters degree relevant to the field of clinical practice
- Extensive knowledge and experience in pre-hospital urgent and emergency care
