Clinical Leadership Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Leadership Specialist to join our team at Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust. The successful candidate will play a key part in our clinical engagement with health, social care, and tri-services partners to deliver integrated care.
As a Clinical Leadership Specialist, you will be instrumental in our area leadership team and act as our senior representative of the Trust in clinical networks across the Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care System area. You will work across teams to influence clinical strategy and the development of patient care.
Main Duties
- Expert Clinical Practice: Provide high-quality clinical care and leadership to our teams.
- Professional Clinical Leadership: Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborative Practice: Work with multiple stakeholders to deliver integrated care.
- Education and Development: Lead and develop educational programs for our staff.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- Clinical expertise and experience within the field of urgent and emergency care.
- Demonstrate compassionate and inclusive leadership, in line with YAS values.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be politically astute and able to influence and persuade.
- Demonstrate a track record of leading or contributing to quality improvement, audit or research in the field of urgent and emergency care.
