Job Title: Global Operations SpecialistAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Operations Specialist to join our team at Pixl8 Group Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our global operations team and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an operational, commercial, or project delivery role, with a strong understanding of business operations and development.

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Pixl8 Group Limited is a technology company providing digital solutions for people-based businesses. We specialise in integrating highly personalised tech to give businesses fully-customisable and off-the-shelf solutions, they control.

Our company has worked with hundreds of organisations since 2001 to build integrated websites, CRMs, bespoke software, and consolidated our expertise into flourishing products such as ReadyMembership.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support global operations team to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage administrative, financial, and office management tasks.

You will be self-motivated, trustworthy, and competent in prioritising and working with little supervision.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to strategic direction from a production operations point of view.
  • Leading production processes to ensure reporting is in place and objectives are met according to commercial, quality, time, and customer requirements.
  • Developing operations policies, evaluating, and enforcing policies for products.
  • Influencing the continuous improvement of project and support procedures.
  • Project budgeting and bookkeeping procedures (liaising with our bookkeepers).
  • Assisting with driving the input and review of forecast revenue, working with teams on hitting targets.
  • Reviewing, editing, approving, and sending invoices to clients and partners.
  • Remittance administration and client communication.
  • Reconciling incoming payments.
  • Overseeing credit control and managing debtors/chasing late payments.
  • Managing support contract renewals and allowance management.
  • Rebilling expenses.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, filing, post, suppliers, personnel records, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in an operational, accounts, or office management role, preferably in a Technology/SaaS environment.
  • Competency using Xero.
  • Very good working knowledge of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles.
  • Experience of running office management procedures.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP, CRM, etc.).
  • Aptitude for building and maintaining thriving and sustainable relationships.
  • Experience of working in a digital agency (desirable but not essential).
