Electronics Design Lead Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Senior Electronics Engineer to lead the Electronics Design team at Premier Group Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer to make a real impact in the Medical Technology Industry.
Job Description:
As a Senior Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and manufacturing cutting-edge medical devices that positively impact the world. You will lead the Electronics Design across the entire product design lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery.
Requirements:
- 5-8+ years industry experience in electronics circuit design (analogue & digital), mostly digital design, PCB design & schematic capture, and skilled in Altium Designer or similar.
- Proficient in electronics circuit simulation (SPICE, Power Distribution, High Speed Signal Integrity) and proficient user of electronics test & measurement equipment.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating detailed specifications, test plans, and technical reports.
- Proactive with strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Flexible working arrangements, including office based with up to 1 day per week remote working.
