Job Summary:
The Reprographics Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring all print work is completed accurately and in compliance with Bank and Risk & Compliance guidelines. They are responsible for the timely production of client critical documents, adhering to best practice guidelines and contributing to service requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Print Production: Demonstrate knowledge of Reprographics Print and follow the Document Lifecycle process.
- Workflow Management: Conduct pre-fighting of client requests and contribute to Workflow duties.
- Quality Control: Perform Quality Checks on work and resolve ambiguities on requests.
- Client Management: Manage client deadlines and ensure accurate information is provided to end users.
- System Administration: Use the Symphony billing system and ensure equipment faults are addressed.
- Relationship Building: Build relationships with clients and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers.
- Work Distribution: Supervise incoming work distribution and minimize print wastage.
- Compliance: Adhere to Risk & Compliance, Health & Safety policies and procedures.
Client Interaction:
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and meet client deadlines.
- Production Advice: Advise on production methods and manage client perceptions and expectations.
People Management:
- Team Support: Cross-skill in all aspects of the Reprographics role and support team members.
- Culture Development: Contribute to fostering a culture of excellence and knowledge sharing.
Health & Safety:
- Health & Safety Promotion: Promote Health & Safety and communicate proactively with management and staff.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate Health & Safety records and comply with statutory requirements.
