Job Title: Member Service Advisor Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Member Service Advisor to join our team at JD Gyms. As a key member of our contact centre team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, handling inbound calls, responding to written queries, and providing technical assistance.
