Customer Service Role at HSBC Global Services Limited

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at HSBC Global Services Limited. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional telephone-based customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to clients via telephone
  • Resolve customer queries in a friendly and professional manner
  • Work in a busy contact centre environment
  • Use multiple systems to process transactions at pace
  • Be a problem solver with excellent attention to detail

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical ability to use multiple systems

Training and Development:

We offer a comprehensive training programme to help you develop your skills and knowledge. Our training programme includes 4 weeks of classroom-based training and 5 weeks of support in our Academy.

Working Hours:

We operate a hybrid working environment, which means you will work at our office in Leeds some of your time and then remotely from home. Our contact centre is open between 8am to 8:00pm Monday to Sunday.
