Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare commercial quotations and proposals, including pricing to meet customer requirements.
  • Administer contracts and agreements to maximize profitability, minimize exposure to risk, and ensure timely achievement of project objectives.
  • Process and maintain non-disclosure agreements.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and suppliers, including acceptable terms, price, payment plans, to meet business objectives.
  • Prepare and administer contract changes and contribute to resulting negotiations.
  • Assess and respond to request for quotations, ensuring risk mitigation and value for money is achieved and suits the customer's needs.
  • Ensure contract order cover is received in a timely manner and process purchase orders within the company.
  • Process customer invoicing and chase payments as required.
  • Maintain contracts trackers and contribute to internal reporting requirements.
  • Support the development and administration of commercial processes and procedures within the business.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of previous experience in a contracts/commercial role.
  • Able to prioritize own workload and organize own time to achieve objectives.
  • Seek to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Proactive style and results-driven.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with and deal with individuals at all levels of business both internally and externally.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • High standard of IT literacy, including MS Office, particularly Excel.
