Location: Wymondham, Norfolk

Salary: £28,000 pro rata per annum

Hours: 22 hours per week, flexible between 9am and 5pm

Contract: 6 months fixed term, with potential extension based on sales performance

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement an online and in-person training program for CHM's clients
  • Establish relationships with potential customers in the community
  • Promote the training program through various channels
  • Meet sales targets to support CHM's not-for-profit work

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join CHM's team as a Training Programme Specialist. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and marketing our training program, which aims to support the organization financially and enable us to continue providing mental health support for young people.
