About the role
As our Senior Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a newly established small works team in St Albans and surrounding areas. This is a permanent full-time position that offers excellent service standards and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). The team has been set up to combat multiple order works, including complaints, disrepair, and damp & mold.
Our estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you have a passion for leadership and want to make a real difference, we encourage you to apply.
