Job Title: Swimming Instructor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Swimming Instructor to join our team at Wave Leisure Trust. As a Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering aquatic activities to children and adults in Eastbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver swimming lessons to children and adults
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of our customers
  • Work closely with our team to ensure the smooth delivery of aquatic activities

Requirements:

  • ASA Level 2 Certificate in Teaching Aquatics or equivalent
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, able to work confidently with both adults and children
  • Ability to work flexibly with a high level of autonomy
