We are seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic swimming instructors to join our team at Swimming Nature, the UK's largest independent provider of private and bespoke swimming tuition. With nearly 30 years of experience in the sector, we offer a unique and rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about swimming and teaching.

As a swimming instructor with Swimming Nature, you will have the opportunity to work with students of all ages and abilities, from babies to adults. Our award-winning teaching programme is designed to help students progress through each skill level, supported by our innovative rewards programme and cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of individual students
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless and enjoyable learning experience for students
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance

Requirements:

  • ASA Level 2 or STA Swimming Instructor Qualification (or equivalent international qualification)
  • Exceptional communication skills and experience in a customer-facing/service environment
  • Current lifesaving qualification (preferred, but we can provide training if necessary)
  • Excellent swimming ability and up-to-date knowledge of the sport
