We are seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic swimming instructors to join our team at Swimming Nature, the UK's largest independent provider of private and bespoke swimming tuition. With nearly 30 years of experience in the sector, we offer a unique and rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about swimming and teaching.

As a swimming instructor with Swimming Nature, you will have the opportunity to work with students of all ages and abilities, from babies to adults. You will be responsible for delivering our award-winning teaching programme, which is designed to help students progress through each skill level and achieve their swimming goals.

We are looking for individuals who are not only skilled swimmers but also excellent communicators and team players. You will need to have a current lifesaving qualification and a strong understanding of the sport. If you are passionate about swimming and teaching, and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities
  • Implement our award-winning teaching programme
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Work collaboratively with other instructors and staff to achieve team goals

Requirements:

  • ASA Level 2 or STA Swimming Instructor Qualification or equivalent international qualification
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current lifesaving qualification
  • Excellent swimming ability and up-to-date knowledge of the sport
