Key Responsibilities

  • Support the School Director in identifying human resources needs aligned with business objectives and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Organize the research and selection of staff at local level, supporting the School Director and/or department heads in defining profiles and evaluating candidates.
  • Manage the onboarding process, including managing the appraisal process, study and plan training needs to develop staff knowledge and competences at local level.
  • Manage relations with external training providers, monitor training activities, and end-of-course feedback.
  • Manage the monthly payroll process, ensuring compliance with local employment law and GDPR.
  • Provide support for the correct handling of legal actions, aligned with local law.
  • Write and update policies for Boards and committees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills.
  • Attention to detail and good judgement.
