About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team at Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the overall performance of plant, machinery & electrical installations on our manufacturing facility.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that planned maintenance activities are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Troubleshooting and fault finding to maximise uptime and ensure targets are met for availability and reliability.
  • Ensuring safety and quality compliance is achieved at all times.
  • Reporting to the Shift Team Leader and ensuring that all relevant departments are kept informed of planned electrical engineering activities.

Requirements

  • City & Guilds 2393 Part P, 2365 Electrical installations, or working towards one of these standards.
  • Experience in PLC fault finding is desirable but not essential.
  • A basic DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service check) will be required before employment can commence.
