Electrical Maintenance Role
  • Dechra is a leading global specialist in veterinary pharmaceuticals, and we're seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team.

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer at Dechra, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of our manufacturing facility's electrical systems, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and implement planned preventative maintenance activities, including electrical contractor service inspections and statutory electrical inspections.
  • Monitor and control external contractors, issue work permits for electrical activities, and perform active monitoring.
  • Identify and implement best practices to ensure continuous improvement in electrical system performance.
  • Complete repairs and breakdowns in a timely manner, conducting root cause analysis to ensure corrective and preventative actions are taken.
Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, including PLCs, panel wiring, and fault-finding techniques.

Desirable qualifications include NVQ level 3 accreditation, City & Guilds 2382 17th edition, and Part P certification.
