About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Program Manager to lead our efforts in improving engineering productivity and efficiency. As a member of our team, you will work closely with several Engineering leaders to drive key initiatives, including cloud infrastructure, engineering health metrics, developer tooling, and engineering efficiency.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Program/Project management, successfully leading highly cross-functional software development. They will also have a thorough understanding of engineering health metrics, deep knowledge of software development for Machine Learning products and services, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Drive cross-functional programs through delivery;
* Develop and publish roadmaps for internal product offerings based on Apple needs and external product release needs;
* Manage risks, mitigations, and drive alignment across the organization and between teams;

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
* 5+ years of experience in Program/Project management;
* Excellent communication and leadership skills;
