Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE or Legal Executive to head up their Employment and HR Services department. The successful candidate will have excellent and comprehensive employment law knowledge, with demonstrable experience of Business Development.
Key Responsibilities- Representing both employers and individuals on a broad range of employment matters, including attending tribunals and undertaking advocacy as appropriate.
- Delivering practical and tailored employment and HR advice, building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships.
- Developing a marketing strategy for the department and undertaking business development initiatives.
- Supervising the provision of employment and HR services for the department, including delivering training to the wider department.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor or Legal Executive with considerable PQE, possessing excellent technical knowledge, exceptional client care, and excellent communication skills. Experience of working with Case Management Systems and ELA membership would be beneficial.
Benefits- 25 holidays + Bank holidays, with an additional 3 days after 5 years' service.
