About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Content Manager to join our team at NCS - National Citizen Service Trust. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that engages our target audience and drives business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand tone and voice, including blog posts, social media posts, and other digital content.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Community Engagement: Foster and maintain a strong online community by responding to comments, engaging with followers, and identifying opportunities for collaboration and partnerships.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and provide insights for future content and strategy development.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the senior digital marketing manager and other team members to ensure alignment and consistency across all digital channels.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a content management role for a consumer brand or agency, with a strong track record of creating engaging social media content.
  • Skills: Excellent understanding of social media platforms, including but not limited to Snapchat, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Threads. Strong communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to suit different audiences.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
