About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Account Manager to join our team at K2L, a leading marketing agency based in Manchester. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts and projects, developing and executing effective marketing strategies, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Manage multiple client accounts and projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across various digital channels, including PPC, SEO, Social Media, Email, and Web.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and copywriters to ensure projects meet client briefs and exceed expectations.
  • Performance Reporting: Analyze campaign data, create detailed performance reports, and provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Client Onboarding: Understand commercially focused objectives and potential deliverables, ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
  • Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients, including meetings, presentations, and team updates, to ensure exceptional client service.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or similar, overseeing multiple digital media accounts.
  • Agency Experience: Proven experience working in a digital agency or similar, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
