Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Digital Account Manager to join our team. As a key player in our client's online growth, you will be responsible for managing multiple client and project relationships, developing and executing effective marketing strategies, and advising clients on how to achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, present, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across various sectors.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure the effective planning and implementation of campaigns and projects.
  • Strategic knowledge and working experience of various digital channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, email, and web.
  • Work closely with designers, developers, and copywriters to ensure projects meet client expectations.
  • Performance reporting, analysis, and budget management: create detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on in-depth analysis of campaign data.
  • Client onboarding: understand commercially focused objectives and potential deliverables.
  • Regular client contact, including meetings, presentations, and team collaboration.
  • Proven experience with a minimum of 4-5 years overseeing multiple digital media accounts.
  • Agency experience within a digital agency or similar.
