Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Digital Account Manager to join our team. As a key player in our client's online growth, you will be responsible for managing multiple client and project relationships, developing and executing effective marketing strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop, present, and execute effective marketing strategies across various sectors, including B2C and lifestyle.
  • Client Management: Work closely with clients to understand their commercially focused objectives and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects and client relationships, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional results.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and copywriters to ensure projects meet client expectations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing multiple client and project relationships.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, email, and web.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
