About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide, monitor and support a team working within our butchery department where poultry products are cut, trimmed, weighed and packed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating a team environment that fosters collaboration and productivity
  • Delegating tasks and providing clear instructions to ensure seamless operations
  • Supervising the day-to-day performance of the team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Motivating the team to achieve their full potential and meet performance targets
  • Supporting, coaching and training team members to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Monitoring team performance and providing feedback to improve overall efficiency
  • Listening to feedback and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise
  • Redirecting performance and implementing changes to improve overall team performance
  • Communicating any issues to the Production Manager to ensure effective resolution

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £28,000-£31,000 per year, plus overtime
