About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Classroom Support Assistant in a Secondary School in Manchester. As a key member of the education team, you will work closely with teachers to provide support and guidance to students, ensuring they reach their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Provide academic support to students, both individually and in groups, to promote learning and development
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement effective lesson plans and resources
  • Encourage pupils to participate in learning activities, promoting an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
  • Assist with classroom management, ensuring a smooth and productive learning experience for students
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other staff members
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible approach to work
  • A passion for education and a commitment to supporting the development of students
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills, with a desire to contribute to the success of the school
