Compensation Package: £24,500 - £28,000 per year

Job Summary:
This role involves supporting the recruitment process, ensuring legislative compliance, and providing exceptional customer service. Key duties include:
  • Support the recruitment team in publishing adverts and onboarding candidates
  • Verify organisational compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Manage data on ESR for accurate payroll processing
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to resolve recruitment issues and provide updates

Skills and Experience:
We require a highly skilled individual with a Level 3 HR Support CIPD qualification, excellent communication and IT skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
