We are looking for an exceptional Support Teacher Assistant for Diverse Needs to join RIBBONS AND REEVES in Harrow. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for supporting students with additional needs.

About the Job:
  • This role involves working with individual students or small groups to provide tailored support and assistance with academic and social development.
  • You will collaborate with the SENCO, teachers, and other professionals to implement personalised learning plans.
  • A strong academic background and knowledge of SEN best practices are essential for this role.
About You:
  • Prior experience in a SEN support role or a strong interest in working with students with diverse learning needs is highly desirable.
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as Psychology, is preferred, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this role.

A salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this role. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with SEN.

Your day-to-day activities will involve working closely with individual students or small groups, providing personalised support and guidance. You will collaborate with the SENCO and teaching staff to implement tailored learning plans, and create a nurturing and inclusive environment that supports the diverse needs of students with SEN.
