Job Title: TV Format Sales and Production Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to assist our Formats team in their efforts to sell TV formats internationally. As a TV Format Sales and Production Assistant, you will play a key role in managing the flow of production materials and the distribution of screeners and other sales materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales materials, including screeners and pitch documents.
  • Manage the flow of production materials, including scripts, treatments, and other supporting documents.
  • Provide administrative support to the Formats team, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Assist in the coordination of sales meetings and pitches, including preparing materials and arranging logistics.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable passion for TV entertainment and a desire to develop a career in media.
  • Ability to work autonomously to deadlines, take initiative, and keep calm under pressure.
  • Self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Foreign language skills and production know-how are a plus.
