At Babcock International Group, we're working to create a safe and secure world, together. As a Sub Contract Manager, you'll play a key role in managing the contract with subcontractors to provide facilities management and catering services across multiple sites in the Southwest of England.
The Role
As a Sub Contract Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the contract management process, ensuring efficient service delivery and integration of facilities management functions. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, internal departments, and external stakeholders, monitoring contract performance and ensuring compliance with the Subcontract, including Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the contract with subcontractors to provide facilities management and catering services
- Lead the contract management process, ensuring efficient service delivery and integration of facilities management functions
- Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with the Subcontract, including Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience with management of contractors
- Experience working in partnerships with a diverse range of stakeholders, and with people from apprentices to senior management
- Adaptability and self-confidence in navigating uncertainty, ambiguity, and complexity to deliver continuous improvement
