About The Role
DAS Law, a leading provider of legal services, is seeking an experienced Associate Supervisor to join its Contract Disputes team within the Volume Litigation Department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the technical supervision of a small sub-team, focusing on Small Claims Track matters.
As an Associate Supervisor, you will be responsible for assessing the prospects of success of contract claims, acting for clients, negotiating and litigating claims through the civil courts, and providing excellent customer service to clients. You will also assist the team's Senior and Principal Associate managers when required and coach junior members of the team with their caseloads.
About You
We are looking for candidates with experience and knowledge of contract law and civil procedure, including experience of running Fast Track value cases. You should also have experience in supervising, mentoring, and training junior colleagues, as well as excellent client care skills and the ability to act on your own initiative.
