Job Description

As a Reablement Worker, you will work closely with our Community Response/Virtual Ward teams to provide a same-day response over a 72-hour period.

You will support individuals with their personal care and daily living skills, working in a person-centred manner to achieve maximum independence.

Full training and induction are provided, and a Uniform and DBS are also included.

This is a permanent position, working 7am-11pm, although main core hours are 8am-10pm, with various shifts and contracts available.

The salary starts at £24,294 per annum, increasing to £25,979 per annum after four years, with a yearly pay rise.
