Lead Sales Team in the Automotive Industry

Inizio Engage is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive business growth and develop a high-performing team of Business Development Managers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Business Development Managers. Foster an empowering environment that drives accountability and performance.
  2. Sales Strategy Execution: Translate the company's sales strategy into a clear, executable sales plan.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and drive business growth. Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and elevate brand presence.
  4. Performance Monitoring: Set clear performance metrics and regularly assess team performance against sales goals. Provide feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance skills and performance.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry.
  2. Strong track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams.
  3. Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
