The company provides a full range of mechanical and electrical services to both public and private sectors, covering commercial, education, renewable energy, healthcare, and leisure industries.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee newly secured M&E projects within the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Evaluate project costs for accuracy and address any discrepancies.
  2. Pricing, negotiating, and finalising budgets and costs for project scope changes.
  3. Prepare bills of quantities and schedules of works to ensure accurate project pricing.
  4. Oversee the commercial aspects of projects.
  5. Manage subcontractor payments.
  6. Compile variation accounts and forecast final accounts.
Requirements:
  1. Experience working in the Mechanical and Electrical sector is essential.
  2. Degree qualified in quantity surveying or similar (HNC, etc) is desirable.
