About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Atlas Copco. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services to our customers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an industrial setting, excellent technical skills, and strong communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues
- Document all work performed using company-provided hardware and software
- Develop relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Previous experience in an industrial electrical or mechanical position
- Mechanical or electrical qualification or equivalent by experience
- Full UK driving license with fewer than 4 points
- Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
