Claims Operations Team Lead

We are Trinity Claims, a leading claims management company in Tonbridge, delivering innovative claims strategies for our partners.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned leader to oversee the Complex Support Team, inspiring and mentoring team members to provide exceptional claims handling services. Reporting directly to the Complex Operations Manager, you will be accountable for day-to-day operations, ensuring that SLAs are met or exceeded.
About the Role- Manage team resources effectively to ensure optimal availability for incoming calls and caseload.
- Motivate team members to enhance productivity and engagement, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Monitor individual performance, providing guidance and support to ensure minimum required standards are met.
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting skill enhancement and job satisfaction.
A key aspect of this role is technical and job-related support, ensuring company standards, procedures, and compliance are upheld. You will also be responsible for regular 1-2-1 meetings, formal appraisals, and carrying out monthly quality audits to assess team performance.
Requirements- Proven experience as a team leader in an insurance contact centre environment or at least 2 years in a household insurance claims handling role with leadership potential.
- Degree-level education desirable but not essential.
- 'A' Level qualifications with secondary education in Maths and English or demonstrable ability in numeracy skills & written English.
The estimated annual salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience, location, and other factors.
