We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of Department to join our Family Law team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, and separation, as well as arrangements for children, pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements, and financial and property settlements.

As a leader, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to secure new business opportunities and drive growth. You will also be responsible for managing a team of Family Solicitors, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and well-being.
